I believe everyone deserves a peaceful belly, irrespective of their gut diagnoses. 

I champion the journey of gut health transformation through personalized, mindful nutrition and transformative coaching. By guiding individuals to understand symptom triggers, reduce the fear of eating, gain confidence through education, I succeed to improve their overall quality of life.

As a registered dietitian (MNUTr) with a British dietetic certification in low FODMAP diet, I am driven by a passion for addressing gut issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease and specialize in easing symptoms including urgency, loose stool and abdominal pain. My commitment lies in delivering personalized dietary advice to improve the quality of life for my clients.
